In principle, returns must be registered before by e-mail!
For this, you receive a RMA number (return sending number) with that you can send your shipment to us, especially.

Only with this RMA number you will get the right address for your return.

NOTE! Returns without RMA number will NOT processed!!! Unannounced goods will only returned at your expense back to you!
