This is simply because we are always trying to make our customers happy and because we offer the best after-sale service. Our shop is visited not only by customers who want to find out more about new items and high-quality HC-products, but also by numerous vendors and movie producers who use HC-MEDIEN as a reliable source of information. Of course, we are extremely honored because we always strive to be as informative and objective as possible.

Unfortunately, there are always a few "black sheep" who abuse our detailed item descriptions and exploit them for personal use without our consent. Because of this and youth censorships, we will now restrict access to pictures and trailers to registered users only. The Team

HC-MEDIEN consists of a team that has been intensively involved with hardcore for a long period of time. We believe this is a very high prerequisite for a competent and successful business. Unfortunately, there are many shops whose respective teams have never watched a single movie of their assortment and could never provide an objective critique about the movie. The question that arises is which criteria do these businesses use to rank and categorize their movies? Is it based on the movie cover? Or do they use the HC-MEDIEN critique?

HC-MEDIEN watches every movie in its entirety before it becomes part of the HC-MEDIEN assortment! Only then are we able to provide an objective review about the item.
Numerous movies are rejected due to deficient and unsatisfactory quality. This time consuming procedure of selecting movies is the best and most reliable way to guarantee that only high-quality movies are sold at our shop.
Unfortunately, sometimes we discover that over time the quality of certain established labels decreases. When we notice a quality decrease in one of our products, we no longer provide these labels to our customers and remove them from our assortment.

Discretion

Discretion is very important when it comes to purchasing hardcore items. Therefore, our products are sent in touch secure and neutral packages and do not contain any obvious or visual signs that could hint the contents of the package. Additionally, we provide optional discrete DVDs. A white label is put on the DVD which makes it look like a regular DVD or a blank CD. These white-labeled DVDs are delivered to you in an empty DVD case, with no cover or inlay. And of course, our invoices do not include any implicating language. This way we can offer exceptional discretion.

Delivery

We deliver very fast! All items have an inventory status indicator which shows our in-stock availability. Items showing an undetermined delivery status are unable to be ordered until the merchandise is physically on hand.
Through this logistical procedure items showing in-stock availability will be shipped no later than the following day after the order was placed. The one exception is for advanced payment sales, as these items are sent after payment is received.
